Frantz will custom build rollers to your spec using genuine Frantz bearings.

successful bearing life. Pressed or swaged, Frantz bearings will provide
your rollers with a longer life and lower life cycle cost. Frantz roller
lab can provide the ability to test bearing and roller configurations of various
lengths to assure performance in abusive and stressful environments. We

Configuration Options.
Select a Frantz bearing for type, load rating, bore size, seals, re-lube holes,
etc. Select a tube size and tubing material.
Select an optional PVC or Polyurethane covering and
we will custom build a roller for you.

Sterling Armor®.
For applications where corrosion is an issue, Frantz offers Sterling Armor®;
a special heat treating process that changes the
physical microstructure within the steel surface to provide corrosion protection
superior or equivalent to stainless steel in most environments.
Finishes include gloss black or dull patina. Sterling Armor is a cost
effective solution to your roller corrosion challenges.
