Utilizing a long history of ball bearing knowledge and expertise,
Frantz® Manufacturing has expanded into manufacturing gravity flow
conveyor rollers. The following general information will familiarize
your organization with our current conveyor roller manufacturing
capabilities. If there is a specific need not listed, please contact
customer service at Frantz, we will be expanding into additional sizes.
Tube
Galvanized, Plain and Stainless Steel are typical materials available.
The following is a list of conveyor tubing Frantz is readily tooled to
cut to your desired lengths.
1-3/8” x 18 gage
1.900” x 14 & 16 gage
2-1/2” x 11 & 12 gage
Shaft
A selection of Plain or
Stainless Steel material is available for your needs. We offer cutting
and staking of axles for conveyor rollers. Below are the common sizes
available thru Frantz Manufacturing for roller assemblies.
Bearings
Frantz offers a full range of quality metal stamped
bearings suited for 1-3/8” x 18 gage, 1.900” x 14 & 16 gage & 2-1/2” x
11 x 12 gage rollers. Precision ABEC 1 bearings are available for 1.900”
x 16 gage and 2-1/2” x 11 x 12 gage diameter rollers with static
discharging materials.
Rollers
Bearings can be either press fit or crimped fit into
the roller tube.
