We utilize high tech electronic equipment to perform precise measurements to perfect new product designs. Click here for example. We rigorously test our conveyor bearings in our customer's application.
We understand how our products perform in our customer’s assemblies. Various factors such as quality of bearing mounts and roller length affect conveyor bearing performance and conveyor roller life. Frantz has custom designed crimp/swage tooling to optimize the bearing mount for superior roller performance.
